Please note that slight color variations may occur due to lighting, photography, and screen settings. Such differences are normal and not eligible for return or refund.
We accept returns only in case of damaged products.
To request a return, customers must provide:
A proper unboxing video, or
Clear images showing the damage
This proof is mandatory. Without valid video or image evidence, return requests will not be accepted.
We do not accept returns for:
Change of mind
Wrong product selection by the customer
Minor color differences
Once your return request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or any other method as decided by the store.
